CRM experts are gathering in Lisbon


eXtreme365 is the annual gathering of the Dynamics 365 community – Microsoft leaders, VIPs, Partners, IT staff and now customers, who work closely together to explore continuing advancement in the Dynamics 365 use and for the first time will be held in Lisbon from March 13th to 17th.

DevScope Launches eXtended CRM for ERP PRIMAVERA

DevScope attended the Annual Convention of Remax

DevScope attended the Annual Convention of Remax held in Islantilla, Spain, on May 11 and 12.

During this annual event, which was attended by nearly 1500 stakeholders of the Remax Portugal, DevScope was distinguished ,through Rui Barbosa, owner & founder of DevScope, and Luís Barbosa, Software Developer, as Official Partner of Remax for the results achieved in the development of Remax IT & IS Strategy.

DevScope, announces the appointment of Rui Paupério as General Manager

In his role, Rui Paupério will direct strategy and operations for DevScope business.

In fiscal year 2008, the company grew its business by 40%, growth fueled in part by investments on human capital.


Rui Paupério brings more than 15 years experience in IT management and consulting.

He started his career with CPCis S.A. later Indra Sistemas S.A., where he held a variety of roles in Consulting & Services business units.

More recently was Primavera Consulting Director at Primavera BSS S.A..

“The depth of Paupério experience and leadership in the IT services industry, combined with his skill in managing large-scale business operations, will be critical to achieving our aggressive goals for customer satisfaction and growth in the next years,” said DevScope Owner & Founder Rui Barbosa.

DevScope implements CRM in Microfil for integrated customer relationship management

Under this project was the operationalization tools to support the resolution of various needs related to the prospect of managing the whole value chain of the company from a consolidated view of engagement with their customers. The main processes that were in this implementation were the Commercial Management, Task Management and Services, Management and Marketing processes HelpDesk.

DevScope implements CRM in Vortal integrated with the Portal and ERP Primavera

vortallogoDevScope implemented an integrated solution for customer relations managing in Vortal. Under this project was the operationalization of tools to support the relationship with customers and partners of Vortal.  Integrated into a wider project for the renewal of Vortal SI’s , DevScope ensured the integration with the Primavera ERP and Vortal’s Portal Operations. The CRM platform is now a central part of doing orchestrations synchronous operations between Portal and ERP with respect to cases involving clients.
